There's a store on etsy that used to make double layered wool jersey soakers and longies, in natural color (undyed). Jersey is thinner than interlock, so it should fit under clothes fine (although we used interlock under clothes, but just not under jeans)

Looks like her store may be closed, but maybe try to find something like that? Or if you buy the wool jersey fabric, you can make them yourself pretty easily.
