I like ruskovilla nappy pants and shorts. They are pricey (but not as expensive as aristocrats) and have a very long fit range. My almost 2.5 year old can still fit in the size 60 (0-1 year size) nappy shorts because the rise is so high and the ribbed fabric is so stretchy.
