Weight Lost to Date Before I disovered this thread....
I have went from 247- 229. I've been STUCK at 226-229 and it's frustrating
Weight Loss Plan......I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, which my obgyn said was the cause of my weight and my struggle to lose. I started the medication metformin a month ago to help with the insulin resistance caused by the pcos. My fear? The obgyn said that no matter what I will end up with type 2 diabetes because of pcos. I want to prevent this from happening as long as possible! My plan is to STICK to a whole foods diet. I am a vegetarian that struggles with carbs/dairy. My plans for eating is proper portion sizing, vegan diet, eating clean, and juicing. My exercise plans are to start out walking daily and make it to the gym for light/beginers lifting atleast 3 times a week.
