Ugh, you don't even want to know. I have up a but the last few days, but I am getting back on track. I have to. I haven't been horrible, but I've had some carbs, and a little chocolate. Blame that on AF... I don't even really like chocolate.

Mainly, I stick with chicken, cabbage, 93/7 ground beef, zuchini, salad in any quantity, cucumbers, and lots of water. I silk want to lose 20 lbs. I can't imagine being stable for 6 weeks. I want to exercise, but I'm scared I'll lose and go off protocol.
