The only thing that matters when it comes to weight is consistency. So, since my baseline weight was at home, naked, first in the morning then that is the one I use. Obviously the doctor is going to get different numbers. I'll be clothed, I'll have had breakfast, etc.
If you start with the doctors numbers then stay with that. It's just wherever you came up with the initial weight.
