Apricot pork is a favorite here (you can also use peach). Mix apricot preserves and dried mustard until you get a flavor you like (you can also add liquid smoke if you like the flavor) Rub all over the chops or loin, wrap in tinfoil and grill. The sauce is awesome for dipping!
I've never done this in the oven...but I'm sure it's easy!
Another favorite here is putting boneless chops (the bones get soft and tend to fall apart ) in the crock pot with white sauce and mushrooms (or cream of mushroom if you use canned stuff) and cooking on low all day. Serve over mashed potatoes.
