I have 3 XL Rainshine Designs with fleece inners. Used a couple months in a large rotation. Oogas on Turquoise with brown fleece inner, Blue Camo with light blue fleece inner, and Mosaic Dots with bright blue fleece inner. No issues and no inserts (how they normally come and I used flats I had here inside).

From RSD site; XL fits: 15-25" waist, 16.5-20.5" rise, 10-17.5" thigh, and 25-40+ lbs.
