Tons of great sensory activities!
You can make a light table out of a plastic container and some christmas lights (I"m in the process of making one out of an old end table, LED lights and plexi-glass). Sensory bins are great too. Coloured rice is easy to make. You can make cloud dough, slime, flubber.
Glow in the dark activities are a big hit.
And the huge plastic bubble you can go inside of. My kindergarten teacher did that and I remember it to this day (she set it up like underwater in clear plastic bubble)
