I went into labor so fast (and at 38 weeks) that I didn't really have time to get any dos and don'ts...My water broke on its own at 11:30pm, and I had my daughter on my chest by 3:30am

I wasn't given any real restrictions prior when we talked VBAC, either...I did not do an epidural, but I did get a narcotic (that I HATED and will NEVER get again--nubain). It was fast, intense, but amazing!
