Read the Female Body Breakthrough by Rachel Cosgrove! Best part? Workouts are only 30-45 minutes per day and NO boring cardio! (unless you want to add it in). The exercises, warm ups, and workouts are all explained in depth and laid out exercise by exercise, day by day. It's fool proof!

Rachel and her husband Alwyn Cosgrove have several EXCELLENT books. Anything by them would be motivating IMO.
