I love my nippy for when I had to sit somewhere that I couldn't recline. Lifesaver...we actually had 2 which was awesome.
As for eating-unless you notice baby having an issue then I never saw a reason to change diet. I don't even change it thy much when I'm pregnant. Still eat sushi and lunch meat and soft cheese. If you notice baby is gassy or fussy or something then maybe eliminate things but otherwise you're good.
Oh! One exception might be caffeine. I cut it out cause it made my guy bounce off the walls. But that could be him.
