If you've tried everything you can, it's time to look at other solutions. If you're nervous about it, get an angelcare monitor and let your baby tummy-sleep. You both need rest. Make sure that all other risk factors are taken care of (ie no crib bumpers, pillows, fluffy blankets, smoking in the house, etc) too.
I did a TON of reading and decided I was comfy letting my DS tummy-sleep without a monitor, but I know many people would not be comfy with that. You have to do what is in your comfort-zone.
