Plant based diet
Our family is moving toward a plant based diet. We haven't decided to go vegan but we want to move into a vegetarian diet and do not use milk. Any recipes or ideas to help us achieve this goal would be great. We live in Thailand so we have lots fresh markets (stands/stalls) around use, but limited US produce and foods so the more asian or mediteranian the better.
Some things that are already a staple in our diet include: pineapplle fried rice, gnocchi, lentil tacos, veg based soups, and tofu stir fry.
