Re: Why am I scared of gerber?
The reason I decided not to use them was that I had a jar of either peas or green beans... and I pureed some real peas or green beans - and the ones in the jar seriously looked brown compared to the fresh cooked/pureed stuff... right then I decided I wouldn't use any jarred food. Neither kiddo had anything out of a jar. I figured if it looked that blah, what was lacking... which nutrients/vitamins had been zapped?
