This recipe is actually a Weight Watchers recipe from years ago. I've been making them for a long time! I also add raisins to mine. They're delish. They freeze really well too. Reheat on a cold winter morning with a cup of coffee---yum!
You can also mix a box of chocolate cake with a can of pumpkin. Like cake but healthier! They freeze well too so you can keep them in the freezer for when you need a sweet treat. I like making mini chocolate ones to freeze.
And I think the can I use is only 15oz? It's not a giant one, just a normal size. The batter is a bit stiff and you might think you need more pumpkin but you don't!
