Pizza is hard to resist for sure. I would have had some too. I am hoping my chicken/veggie soup will help me drop what I regained last week. All I did different last week was have some bread and ate tuna w/o bread for lunch one day. You would have thought I ate a cake with gaining 4 lbs back.
