Hope your LO is feeling better! When my DD had a stomach virus around that age they told us to stay out of the ER unless it had been 8 hours without any urine passing and she had a dry mouth. I was told if she didn't meet those criteria for dehydration all the ER will do is put you in the hallway with a cup of pedialyte
