Hi, I had a 33weeker who was also in the nicu for 29 days. It's definitely a trying experience. He is now 2yo and is a fantastic big brother to his 5mo brother who was born on his due date via and amazing hospital vbac.
I didn't have the same medical issues as you, so I can't speak to your experience but I am so happy I have both of my boys. Pregnancy can be kind of a crap shoot, sometimes it goes great, sometimes not. But once the kids are here we would go thru heck all over again for them.
