I agree with others that have said if you are doing math, reading and penmanship, then I wouldn't worry about the rest.

If you feel like you need to do something, Apologia would be my go to for science. For history, I might try Story of the World on audio with the color sheets or maybe just buy a history series from the History Channel on the presidents, explorers, etc. If I were in your shoes, I would want something that imparts information and maybe sparks curiousity, but requires little on my part. Anything that your son is interested in could be expanded on by a weekly or bi-weekly trip to the library.
