I never got one around my nose piercing... however, I did get one around my monroe piercing. (Think Marilyn Monroe's mole, if you're unfamilar with the location.) Unforunately it only ever went away for a few days before it came back.. over & over again, until I gave up & removed it. It was annoying and looked like a nasty zip around the stud. :/
