Each come with insert, elastic is in great shape, as usual the aplix is a bit curled but still sticky, washed only in RnG. 50/50 line/dryer dryed little to none staining. used for about 5 mths in a large rotation, I prefer flips. Camera is charging so I'll load pix in a few hours.
