your stitch marker should have been in the front center....then you had your short row markers 19 stitches after the main stitch marker and the 2nd short row marker 52 stitches after the main stitch marker.

when you go to do the gusset you need to slip 30 stitches on a waste yarn...10 stitches on a dpn, 30 stitches on another waste yarn and then the last 10 stitches on a dpn

if you do that then all of it should be centered with the short rows
