I am the same. I can either eat very little or I just eat way too much. Lately I've been snacking on a lot of fruit and cheese sticks. I have been craving goat cheese for like a month but I don't really know how I'm going to eat it. I'll have to google for ideas.

I am back to 154.8 - Waaaaaaaaaa!!! I am going to eat healthier and still try to get in my calories. I have to go shopping today. I have no idea what to buy, but I am sure I will figure it out. I am so used to eating so low calories, it is hard to find foods that are in the middle. I know bad food and really low cal foods. The ones in the middle elude me. I do not eat that much, so I have to find high protein foods to eat during meal times.
