Ooh, I'll have to look into those, that would surely be less messy! I use the stock to make big pots of soup (I have curried butternut squash cooking right now!) so I usually freeze them in bags filled with 5 or 6 cups each. I looked into canning it but it seems like kind of a pain! Thanks!
