Swiss steak or country fried steak are about the only ways I make. Country fried might be a little hard since you have to make gravy. Lots of people have problems with gravy. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/easy-an...k-swiss-steak/ I don't put peppers in mine because no one really likes them.

And you can make regular mashed potatoes, you don't need all the extra stuff in them if your covering them with gravy.
