Have had the same type of pain, on right and left side (alternates). I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant with a sticky happy little bean.

I'd go with corpus leutum, especially if you aren't bleeding. If you are bleeding, it could be ectopic (although, it could still be anyway).

It could also be ligament pain. I've had lower back pain/cramping stuff for a few days now. It gets a lot worse when I am up moving around. It doesn't last long, and is not severe... so I'm not too worried.
