Re: How do you store your homemade chicken stock?
Since we use ours up quickly I just keep it in a pitcher in the back of my fridge. It is partially frozen in the back. I think the back temp is 30-32 degrees. It keeps for 3-4 weeks. By then I need to make more.
Next year I hope to get a pressure canner. Then I plan on canning both meat and broth. Until then making it monthly and keeping in the fridge must do for us.
