Anything I can use to make pads! I use cotton woven (100 percent cotton), cotton flannel (100 percent cotton), cotton velour (usually 80 percent cotton/20 percent poly) and polyester fleece. There are a few other fabrics that I have used and can use, like hemp or bamboo (natural fibers).
