I also am used to eating fruit. Those are free on WW and really low cal on the MFP. Veggies are another I am used to eating a lot of. I could not do the SBD, I don't think. I will be being good until the 21st when I go out for my birthday. I am doing sushi again, so there is a 2 lbs gain I am sure. LOL! I am hoping to lose a couple of pounds before that. I am down a few ounces today to 155.1 and hopefully without counting my breastfeeding calories, I can start really losing again.
