Thanks - that makes sense. My kids are peanuts - my 2 1/2 year old is rear facing and weighs 25 lbs. My 4 1/2 year old only weighs 37 lbs. LOL So if she was rear facing she would still be in the safe zone in our R100.


I do recommend the Radian to anyone looking. It allowed me to keep my car when we had 3 kids (instead of getting a bigger car to fit car seats) - and it allowed me to be able to keep my kids in car seats longer. A lot of people I know go to the booster seat at 4 and I was able to keep all three of them five point harnessed past that.
