That is what we used the soaker for. My daughter was actually out of diapers during the day and just used this one for night, but she quickly didn't need it at night either, so it only got used a couple of times. It is not double layer, so we did use a pretty heavy duty diaper....think we used GMs, but can't remember for sure. Feel free to PM me if you want them!
