SUPER simple... Put your chicken in the Pot skin bones and all... Cover with Cold Water
Add an onion 2 carrots 2 celery stalks and leaves if you have em some pepper and a Bayleaf... Let it come to a boil and simmer for about 2 Hours... Pull out the chicken remove the skin and bones.
STRAIN the juice and discard all the veggies you have chicken stock! just taste for salt and pepper let cool and Freeze OR use right away
Add back your chopped Chicken, add Fresh Veggies Anything you have or want to put in is Just fine but basic is carrot onion celery let the veggies cook up till almost done add 1/2c of Egg Noodles per person just before people are ready to eat and your done.
If you dont serve that night the noodles will turn to mush and thicken up the stock so you can remove the extra Noodles and refrigerate Or just precook the Noodles Separately and pour over broth in each persons Bowl.
