Thrush? Your LO doesn't HAVE to have it, or have noticeable signs. I like gentian violet, 1% once a day for 7 days on your nipples. Your LO should nurse with no problem, getting a little in his mouth. I read that two purple nipples and one purple mouth means you are both getting treated.
