How long do you wait before escalating the claim?
I want these bags...I really do. I got them on sale, otherwise I can't justify spending the money on them, since plastic really is so much cheaper.
But, I mean, it is Oct. 12th. Have not heard from her since Oct. 2nd. It has been 3 days since I opened the claim and no response. What should I do?
