I looooooove goat cheese. Some of my favorite ways to eat it are:
1. Salad with apples and pecans. If I have arugula on hand, even better!
2. On pasta. But some over your hot (drained, of course) pasta. Add some of the starchy cooking water from your pasta to help thin it out. So yummy. It does start to seize up as it gets cool, so do this right before you are ready to eat it
3. On pizza
4. On a burger! We have a fancy burger place and I did a custom burger with goat cheese and apricot preserves. Omg...it was incredible!
5. Over grilled chicken or in a stuffed chicken breast. Something sweet with it like the apricot preserves again work here. Or some roasted red peppers are yummy too
