For the angry bird you can do a hooded towel style cape. I made one for ds for Xmas last year. Like this:

Then wear plain colored sweats that match... Which is nice since they can be used as regular clothes after Halloween.

We are doing Mario and lungi this year... Goodwill overalls and tshirts and I'm making floppy fleece hats. Gold felt buttons stuck on the buckles for halloween. Cheap and normal clothing for after Halloween.
