Oh here we have sidewalks pretty much everywhere...maybe not on both sides of the street but at least on one side. Occasionally people bike on the street but not families mostly only adult riders and college students...if there is an event here the city blocks off the street so cars can't go down them. Here streets are for cars.

I go the speed limit because I don't want a ticket LOL
