Preferred prefolds and flats. Hubby was good about snappy-ing. It's not too hard, they just have to want to do it.
AIOs are easy, but take forever and a day to dry. Pockets might be a good choice, but I can't get past still only using the cover once. I'm so used to prefolds.
BTW, I'm in northeast Ohio, about 30 mins south of Cleveland...
