We're having a boy and I am 33 weeks along. I have been getting weekly NSTs (non stress test) the last few weeks and the baby's heart rate has been in the 130's and 140's. When the baby moves, the heart rate jump up to 155-160 and then falls to the 120's before leveling back out. This is normal and the OB likes to see 2-3 big movements in a 20 min NST.
