I really liked the pregnancy yoga with Shiva Rea. It has someone in each trimester doing it so you do the appropriate modifications based on where you are in your pregnancy. The whole thing is about an hour, but oftentimes I would skip one or two of the middle sections if I was pressed for time. Keeping up yoga really helped my back throughout pregnancy.
Probably typing one handed while breastfeeding. My smartphone can't fix it all.
