I make a pretty basic chili, though I do like to put a little cocoa in it. But I think the fun part is the toppings. I worked at a school where they did "Haystackers" and it really makes chili much more enjoyable for us. Start with rice, then stack on crushed Fritos, Chili, cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, guacomole, olives, or whatever other things you can find. Yum.
