Sunday- We bought a new house and Sunday was moving day. We moved our entire house in one day, which included our home gym with more then 500lbs of plates plus lots more.
Monday- Rest day (busy unpacking and organizing).
Tuesday- 4.48 mile run
Wednesday- Spent the day doing house work and painting
Thursday- I tried to get some lifting in but my son was not happy, so I had to cut it short.
Friday- Finally had time to get another run in, 4.55 miles. 60 minutes of lifting- back and abs
~ wife to my best friend and mommy of 2 amazing little boys.
