Re: How do you keep your body in shape between pregnanies?
I tend to incorporate workouts into playing with the kids. When chasing them, I jump or pretend I'm jumproping. When laying on the floor I do little crunches (just lift shoulders an inch off floor) or leg lifts. I have no problem dropping the weight within a few weeks but I like to keep toned. Like PP said, wear the baby as a weight. Do squats and lunges while vacuuming. While putting groceries away lift each can way above your head like a free weight. I make a challenge of it.
