Thats not to say that throwing back a few green smoothies won't do a great deal for your body, but you wouldn't get the same exact benefits. I bet it would still do some good cleasing in your body.

I do green smoothies pretty much every day as is. I kind of figured it wouldn't be the same as juicing, thanks for the info!
