Re: What's a good starter "set" for a n00b?
I think something stretchy for the newborn stage is a must. I have a sleepy wrap which I like a lot. I just find all the wrapping and unwrapping and bulk a bit cumbersome when out and about (especially when in and out of the car). For our next baby, I ordered a k'tan. I'm firmly in the faster-and-less-dangling-things-on-the-ground-is-better camp as far as BWing goes. Therefore, I like SSCs WAY WAY better than Mei Tais...And I'm not much of a wrapper. Good luck! And don't worry if you buy something you don't love...you can always re-sell it!
