Not if you have a good, balanced diet! Although taking a daily multivitamin is a good idea whether you are eating meat or not... in my opinion. Just make sure you replace the protein found in meat. So instead of meat, eat beans, lentils, tofu, eggs, cheese (if you choose to continue eating them) etc.
