I hate exercise, working out, etc. I do take a yoga class once a week, but the already paid for class is the only reason I actually do it.
I am on day 14 of the jm 30day shred and I have to say I am (1) amazed that I am still doing it and its probably because its only 20 minutes. (2) I already see results, in the tape measure and via pictures. (3) today I realized a lot of my back pain has disappeared.
