10/22- Lifted (legs and shoulders)

10/23- Rest

10/24- 3.66 mile run

10/25- Lifted (arms and chest)

10/26- 4 mile run

10/27- Lifted (back and glutes)

10/28- 7.08 mile run

10/29- It was suppose to be a rest day but I started to get antsy so I lifted (abs and quads)
