Trust me I know the feeling. I've been stuck around 170 for the past month. I did awesome at first, lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks, and now I'm just sitting here. Never too late to turn it around though! Yesterday was too busy with trick or treating and what not, so planning on doing JM's body revolution Day 2 workout this afternoon. Was tired this morning and in a bad mood so ate 2 egg sandwiches, but corrected it and had some roast beef and a salad for lunch and have a pot roast in the oven and am planning on pairing that with some fried cabbage and carrots and another salad. Every good choice you can make is one step ahead!
