2 lbs chicken (thighs, breasts, legs)

2 T soy sauce
1/8 t ground cloves
2/3 cup long grain rice

Mix orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, cloves and pineapple w juice. Pour into bag onion and bell pepper, add chicken. Marinate 4-24 hours
Drain chicken, reserve marinade and veggies.
Place uncooked rice in 12x7 baking dish. Pour chicken broth, marinade and veggies over rice. Add chicken pieces on top.
Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes.
